Service Packages (Maintenance) 

Service contracts for personal users will be $50 for email and $100 for phone service.  .  Service contracts for businesses and institutions will remain at $200 for email and $400 for phone service.  Prices are in Canadian funds or the equivalent at FX Converter on the day you email or fax your order

Provincial sales taxes apply only in Saskatchewan, Canada. GST (5%) applicable on Canadian sales. All pricing subject to change without prior notice except where contract or estimate in place.   

How to send LEX SYSTEMS your file...

Files can be sent to LEX Systems as attachments to email messages. If you are sending us a large file, you should consider compressing it with PKZIP, WINZIP or some other ZIP compression utility, to save yourself online time. 

Now go ahead and send a file to . Most often clients send us item files such as loc.fil, patron data files such as pat.fil, or circ.fil.   Use one of the send utilities such as Send to Person  to deliver  the file to Lex Systems..  We will examine the data and get in touch as soon as possible. Be sure and include information as to what problem we should look for. 

If you have a service contract in affect there will be no charge, unless you are requesting some custom processing of the data.
